3 years TTC and 5 IUIs...finally our time???
Hello. My husband and I have been trying for over 3 years now, we are both 34 years old. We've been married for 5 years now but have been together for over 15 years...so we want this baby very badly!
On Monday 3/17/08, we had our 5th IUI procedure, with this last one with injectables, ultrasounds monitoring and bloodwork to watch my estrogen levels. The first 4 IUIs were only with Clomid. My doctor said I had 4 good eggs (a great sign)...so we shall wait and see.
Its going to be a really long 2 weeks of waiting. If it doesn't happen for us this time around, we decided to do one last round of injectables and IUI...we cannot afford IVF at the moment so we'll come to that crossroad if we have to.
Everyone who has been trying, I wish the best of luck to you and send positive thoughts your way. Let's all visualize that it will happen for us soon! We have to believe, stay hopeful and know our time will eventually happen.
