Never Giving Up
After 8 months of unsuccessfully TTC, DH and I went to my OB/GYN to find out what was wrong. They prescribed Clomid for 2 months but nothing happened. I finally got an HSG only to find it was normal. After about two more months, we decided to seek professional assistance.
We found a reputable RE and started undergoing treatment. While the diagnosis was and still is "unexplained infertility", nothing seemed to work.
We've been through three unsuccussful IUIs followed most recently by one failed IVF.
Fortunately, our insurance has covered every penny of our expenses but we only have two IVF attempts left.
I am hopeful and optimistic that the next round we try is going to work. I am going to include acupuncture as part of my treatment regimine with the hopes of increasing my odds.
We both pray to God that this is it for us. It's been such a long road and we know it has to have a happy ending.
