We completed our first IVF cycle 1. ER was on 8/24, and ET was 8/29. Today went in for BD for HCG and came back at 6.33. Doc wants to see above 20. They said there is something new there as HCG would not still be present from HCG trigger shot on 8/22 would no longer be around. They said they are cautiously optimistic. They like to see HCG levels grow 66% every 48 hours. Go back in 9/12 for another BD and HCG test. Went in this AM for BD 8/12, last draw was back on 8/8 - so 96 hours ago. Today it was 50. They stated they wanted it to grow by 66% every 48 hours, so we exceeded that. Go back in 8/14 for another BD. They are still cautiously optimistic. Thoughts?? Experiences??
Has anyone experienced low HCG levels and still ended up being pregnant and sticking?
