Estrogen level and follicle size

Hello
I am on day 3 of stimulation. (225 Follistim and 10 units Low dose HCG, cycle day 5)
My Estrogen level was 38 on my cycle day 3. Tomorrow is my blood work and ultrasound. What should be my estrogen level and follicle size/number?

I'm actually curious about the same thing. I was on day 6 of stims and my estradiol level was only 148. I had 5 follicles. Does anyone know what estadiol levels should be on day 6 of stims? Also the month before on just a regular exam I had almost 17 folicles with no meds!
