Female : PCO, 29 years
Male: Azoospermia, 33 years (used Donor Sperm)
8 IUIs unsuccessful
1st IVF - I had egg retrieval in July last year. 11 eggs were retrieved, out of which 6 fertilized. Due to risk of OHSS, ET was not performed in the same cycle. All 6 were frozen.
3 day 3 embryos were transferred in September (frozen embryo transfer). Beta-HCG was 262. I had conceived with twins, but had a missed abortion at 6 weeks.
2nd IVF- I had egg retrieval in July 11, 2010. 17 eggs were retrieved, out of which 13 fertilized. 1 hatching blastocyst and 1 expanded blastocyst were transferred on July 16, 2010. They failed to implant. Beta-HCG was less than 2. I had my periods on July 26, 2010. We have 1 compacted day 3 embryo (frozen) and 4 other day 3 embryos (frozen). Should we go ahead with day 4 transfer? Or another blastocyst transfer? Any other suggestions are most welcome
