Just switched clinics/starting new meds

Hi everyone. My husband and I recently switched clinics after 1 mc and another after iui. We will be starting a new cycle soon, this time with femara rather than clomid (at the other clinic) Anyone have information on which one may be better. Hated the clomid effects, but am hearing that femara may not be as good. Thanks.
