Flu shots?

Hi ladies,
I have a question about flu shots.We enter a danderous season now.What your doctors say about getting (or not) flu shot in the begining of PG?How it's interfere with our meds?Is it safe in the 1st trimestr?
I never got them in past but now is a different story.I asked my RE nurse and she said we better do. ???

yes they reccomend flu shots especially for high risk pregnancies
