IVF after tubal?

I had a tubal ligation 4and a half years ago and I now desparately wnat another child. I was VERY fertile prior to the surgery. Is IVF a better option than tubal reversal? and what is the cost difference?

i had a reversal last summer 3 m/c since i was very fertile before too i chose surgery with no idea how common m/c was after right now i cant tell you to do it or not but listen very carefully to your dr and be prepared for anything also the surgery was very very painful i had had 2 c-sections and thought it couldnt be that bad i was wrong it hurt but it would be worth it if i could carry a child now my surgery ran around 6900 total you can get it cheaper and it is more expensive in other places let me know if i can help in anyway and i hope i havnt scared you any

burnt leaves: with ivf and reversal you have a good chance of m/c. i would get a consulation with an re and see what they think

Also i dont know the cost of a reversal however ivf at my re runs 12,000 a pop.
