Do yu have a humidifier? That may help depending on your symptoms. If you dont have onw you will need one for the baby so.... GO SHOPPING! :)

The only pill you can take is tylenol. Be careful. :)

and my plane is so going to kick your sail boats butt.hehe. little spotting today brown dry dots of brown in the toilet. little cramping that was at 200 nothing since then. Doctor said nothing really; they don't know; us on thursday. i have tommorrow off. Some R And R

Beth: Here is the instructions that Jenny sent to me:
If you go onto babygaga go to the round like menu setup and click on pregnancy tickers. Find out the one that you want background wise and pick either humorous or development also make sure you put in your due date. Then go to get my ticker. You will see a popup on the next screen about cord blood banking just reply that you know about cord blood banking to take you to your ticker. Copy the second one titled the BBC code to use in forums. Then come over to your profile here on shared and paste it in the same box that your name/signature is in.

Ladies - here is a list my OB gave me in my welcome packet about things that are safe to take during pregnancy. I figured this would help since you have not yet gone to an OB and that is a few more weeks away.

COLD,COUGH, SINUS/ALLERGY:
Sudafed, Robitussin/RobitussinDM, Tylenol Cough and Sinus, Tavist-1 and Tavist-D, Benadryl, Comtrex, Medi Flu, Dimetapp and extend tablets, Sinutab

CONSTIPATION:
Dialose, Metamucil, Correctol - Extra Gentle, Milk of Magnesia, Colace (stool softener), FiberCon, Senekot

HEMMORRHOIDS:
Anusol H-C 1, Anusol Suppositories, Tucks, Preperation H Suppositories

PAIN RELIEF:
Tylenol (regular and extra strength)

SORE THROAT:
Sucrets, Cepastat, Cepacol, Warm Salt Water Gargles

INSOMNIA:
Warm milk at bedtime, Benadryl 25-50mg used 1-2 times per week to help you sleep, Tylenol PM used 1-2 times per week, Unisom

HEARTBURN AND INDIGESTION:
Riopan, Tums, Rolaids, Mylanta, Maalox HRF (Heartburn Relief Formula), Di-Gel, Gaviscom, Pepcid AC, Zantac 75

DIARRHEA:
Kaopectate, Immodium AD

YEAST INFECTIONS (after the 1st trimester)
Monistat 7, Gyne Lotrimin, Mycelex 7

RASHES:
Hydrocortison Cream, Aveeno Oatmeal Bath, Domeboro Powder Pac

MORNING SICKNESS:
Emetrol, Vitamin B6 100mg daily, BRAT Diet (bananaa, Rice, Applesauce, Toast)

BREAST SORENESS:
Masse Cream, Vitamin E, Ice on nipple before feeding
