Michelle,try to take warm(not hot)bath before bed and "sleepy time tea".Well,with tea,you might wake up go to the bathroom...but it should help you to fall asleep |

michell i wish i could help. I cant sleep either. If or when i do fall asleep im up a little while later to eithe pee or im uncomfortable. Im also to that point where i think about haveing her all the time. It doesnt help that im on bedrest so i dont get to burn energy either. But marina is right try a warm bath. I also use my dd lavendar bath it helps to at least relax me. How far are you? |

Michelle - I was told that you can use Tylenol PM but not more then 2 nights per week...I guess I should repost the medications list for some of the new girls...Talk to you soon. |
