Hi I just wanted to introduce myself to the group and see if I can get some support. My name is Kris but I go by Krissy. I will be 40 in June I have 4 daughters ages 19, 17, 13 and 3 and I also have a 1 yr old granddaughter (from my 19 year old). Anyway my new husband and I would like a child of our together. At first I was like No because of my age then I said let's do it so the 3 year can have a playmate and I also would like to have a son. We have been trying for 6 months and still no luck. I had my tubes tied after my 3rd daughter but had them untied in 2003 in Mexico by Dr. Perez and I would refer anybody to him I have my last daughter as a result of the reversal. I am now wanting to experience this feeling again and I would like to do clomid so if anyone can help me with this please let me know. I had my cycle already on Jan 1 and I should start back again on Jan 31 (DH birthday) I would like to start clomid then. I looke forward to meeting everyone.

Krissy- Hi and welcome. Good luck with your clomid cycle. I did four failed cycles of clomid. I hated the way it made me feel. I moved on to injectibles only to discover my dh had sperm issues which never showed up before. So now we are doing IVF with ICSI. Lots of baby dust to you.

Hi ladies,
My name is Jenny. I'm new to the group and was just hoping for some words of wisdom, because I'm overwhelmed with sadness all the time and don't know how much more I can take. My husband found out last yr that he was not able to conceive. Sperm count was 2.I went through the lab work up to make sure I was able to carry and we tried 3 rounds of ICI with donor sperm. It didn't take. We are about to do our second round of IUI with donor sperm. Each time we try and I get the negative pregnancy test result It feels like a piece of me dies each time. Its overwhelming. I'm just lost right now. I wish you all the best of luck with your own journey to becoming mothers.
