failed implantation

Dr. I was wondering if you could help. We are both 30 and had a failed fresh cycle with two good blast trans. in November and we had FET in February with two blast tans. and they also failed to implant. We had a text book cycle and all blood levels were great just failed to implant. My question is, we are attempting a fresh cycle in two weeks and my Dr. has not mentioned anything that could be wrong. Would you say with a failed fresh cycle and failed FET with blast that we should consider other options or testing?

There are a number of issues we still do not understand or cannot identify. Some testing and tretments proposed are unproven, or may waste good embryos. I have discussed my evaluation protocols on our web page, <www.texasfertility.com>. I hope they are helpful to you.
