What week do most miscarraiges occur? I know they usually occur during the first twelve weeks. BUT...which weeks do they most likely occur in?

The actual time of expulsion of products of conception is highly variable. The pregnancy can be dead for several weeks before material is expelled. Although it is usually not necessary, I give my patients te option of D & C, if they become too stressed by waiting.
