Tamoxen and clomipen (Clomid) are related compounds with similar mechanisms of action. There are likely to be subtle differences in the way they modify the response of the estrogen receptor. I have not read a detailed description of these differences, but I can tell you that they both block the estrogen receptor, and at the same time have some limited stimulatory effect. | |
