My husband had a sperm test done and the results showed count was 56millions/ml and morphology 91% abnormal. Does this mean we cant conceive? Help please!

NO. It is not possible to have 91% of the spem in the ejaculate normal. To perform a proper assessment of sperm morphology, it is necessary to stain the sperm, before examinig them under the microscope. When a proper assessment is done, a perfectly fertile man will have 10% to 14% normal forms in the ejaculate. Please see the information I have provided about semen analysis on my web page, texasfertility.com.
Good luck.
