4th Round of Clomid w/o Success - What's next?

Hi Everyone-
I am new to the forum. I am 33 have stage IV endometriosis. I had 2 lap surgeries within the past 2 1/2 years. Been trying to get pregnant for the past year with no luck. My period was a few days late this month, but I just got some spotting today. I figuered it is on the way, so I am a little bummed today.

My question is: After timed intercourse for 4 months, along with 4 rounds of clomid and 2 HCG shots, when do you decide to move on to the next fertility treatment? IUI?
