Help Please. Me and my husband have been trying to conceive for over a year with no joy. He got his sperm results back this eve and they say 91% abnormal forms regarding morphology. What does this mean? Are we not able to conceive?

My doctor explained it as the amount of sperm that isn't "standard" shape.
