When to use donor egg?

Hello,
I'm stumped. I am 37(very close to 38) and we have failed 3 IVF's. We are getting grade 1 Embryos every time, but with slow growth and no pregnancy. Although we are getting embryos, is it still possible that my old eggs just aren't good enough? Would a donor egg make a difference? Thanks for any help or answers? We just don't know if/when we should pursue a donor egg.
