At what time during blastocyst development do you see support for possible sperm or egg problems?

At the time of ER, the andrologist said that I had 5 good quality eggs (only 5 were retrieved). ICSI has been done in the past, but we were told that my husband's sample was decent for this round and would not require ICSI. 4 out of 5 fertilized with the 5th fertilizing a day late. On day 3, we received a call that our transfer was being changed to a 5 day because all embryos looked good. On day 5, we had a grade A hatching blastocyst and 2 grade C morulas. We transferred what remained knowing the two were low quality. We ended up with a negative test. I am trying to figure out if this was due to a problem with the egg quality or sperm. Is it possible to make a conclusion based on this info?

I am 33. I got pregnant on my first IVF 2 years ago. Since then, I have had a failed frozen and fresh transfer. My lining is always on the thin side but was 8.1 mm this round.

Thanks for your help,
Lindsay
