I have medication left from my ivf cycle. All meds have been stored appropriately. There are some half used meds that i am willing to give free along with Follistim. Here is the list:

Follistim (300 IU): $200 each + shipping
1 vial- (exp 4/10)
1 vial- (exp 8/10)
5 vials- (exp 11/10)

The following meds are free (if required) with Follistim:

1] Menopur (75 IU) (exp 07/09)
one unopened pack containing:
5 single-dose vials of Menotropins for injection
5 single-dose vials of 0.9% sodium chloride injection
5 Q-Cap Vial adapters

2] Leuprolide Acetate Injection (Lupron) – 1mg/0.2ml { half used}, Date of expiration: 12/2010

3] Progesterone injection (50mg/ml) (Half used), Date of exp.: 02/2010

4] Endometrin (Progesterone) Vaginal Insert (100 mg) (Date of exp.: 03/2010)
Quantity: 5 (with disposable vaginal applicators)
