Cost of Ovulation Induction: (no insurance)
This covers office visits, injection training, baseline FSH test, and estrogen and ultrasound monitoring throughout the cycle, but does not include the IUI.

The cost of Artificial Insemination: (no insurance)

Sperm wash:

Cost of IVF: (no insurance)
This covers office visits, injection training, baseline FSH test, estrogen and ultrasound monitoring, hospital retrieval costs, lab fertilization expenses and physician services.
